حذف الحساب والبيانات

1) ما يمكنك حذفه بنفسك الآن
- سجلات العمل: المنتجات والفئات والعملاء والموردون والمصروفات — من أقسامها (زر حذف بتأكيد).
- عمال: حذف أي عامل من قسم فريق العمل — يُبطل دخوله فورًا.
- متاجر: حذف متجر (يبقى متجرك الوحيد محميًا من الحذف).
2) حذف الحساب بالكامل
حذف حساب المالك وجميع متاجره وبياناته عملية حساسة تُنفذ عبر التواصل المباشر (بريد أو هاتف أدناه) للتحقق من ملكية الحساب ومنع الطلبات الاحتيالية. بعد التحقق تُحذف بيانات الحساب والمتاجر والعمال المرتبطين به.
3) ماذا يحدث بعد الحذف؟
- تُبطل كل جلساتك ويُمنع الدخول بهذا البريد.
- تُحذف بيانات العمل من قواعد البيانات التشغيلية.
- قد تُحتفظ سجلات أمنية مجردة (محاولات دخول) لمدد تشغيلية قصيرة.
4) ملاحظة
الحذف نهائي لا رجعة فيه — صدّر ما تحتاجه من تقارير قبل الطلب.
تنبيه: هذه الوثيقة تحتاج مراجعة قانونية بشرية مختصة قبل الاعتماد النهائي.

1) What you can delete yourself now
- Business records: products, categories, customers, suppliers, expenses — from their sections (delete with confirmation).
- Workers: delete any worker from the Team section — their access is revoked instantly.
- Stores: delete a store (your only store is protected from deletion).
2) Full account deletion
Deleting an owner account with all its stores and data is a sensitive operation handled via direct contact (email or phone below) to verify ownership and prevent fraudulent requests. After verification, the account, its stores and linked workers are deleted.
3) What happens after deletion
- All your sessions are revoked and signing in with this email is prevented.
- Business data is removed from operational databases.
- Bare security logs (sign-in attempts) may be kept for short operational periods.
4) Note
Deletion is final and irreversible — export any reports you need before requesting.
