حقوق أصحاب البيانات

1) حقوقك كمالك حساب
- الوصول: كل بياناتك متاحة لك مباشرة من النظام (لوحة المالك، التقارير، الفواتير) ويمكنك تصدير ما تحتاجه.
- التصحيح: عدّل بياناتك من صفحة ملفي الشخصي وإعدادات المتاجر.
- الحذف: احذف سجلات عملك فردًا فردًا، أو احذف حسابك بالكامل (صفحة حذف الحساب).
- الاعتراض/التقييد: تواصل معنا لأي طلب يتعلق بمعالجة بياناتك الأمنية التشغيلية.
2) بيانات العمال
أنت المسؤول عن بيانات عمالك التي تُدخلها (بريد/هاتف). العامل الذي يريد الاطلاع على بياناته أو حذف حسابه يرجع إلى صاحب العمل — ويمكن للمالك حذف أي عامل فورًا من لوحة المالك، فيُبطل دخوله.
3) مدة الاستجابة
الطلبات التقنية عبر البريد تُعالج خلال مدة معقولة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا من الاستلام، مع التحقق من الهوية عند الحاجة.
4) الإطار القانوني
وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري 151/2020 ولائحته التنفيذية 816/2025 — وصفًا للالتزام لا ادعاءً بالامتثال الكامل.
تنبيه: هذه الوثيقة تحتاج مراجعة قانونية بشرية مختصة قبل الاعتماد النهائي.

Data Subject Rights

1) Your rights as an account owner
- Access: all your data is directly available in the System (dashboard, reports, invoices) and can be exported.
- Correction: edit your data from My Profile and store settings.
- Deletion: delete business records one by one, or delete your entire account (Account Deletion page).
- Objection/restriction: contact us regarding any operational security processing of your data.
2) Workers’ data
You are responsible for the worker data you enter (email/phone). A worker seeking access to or deletion of their account should contact their employer — the owner can delete any worker instantly from the dashboard, revoking their access.
3) Response time
Technical requests via email are handled within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days from receipt, with identity verification when necessary.
4) Legal framework
In line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law 151/2020 and Executive Regulations 816/2025 — described as a commitment, not a full-compliance claim.
