1) وصف الخدمة
يوفر نظام DM Super POS لملّاك المتاجر: (أ) منصة ويب للإدارة — المتاجر والمنتجات والعملاء والموردون والمصروفات والفواتير (عرض) والتقارير وفريق العمل؛ و(ب) تطبيق Android لنقطة البيع والفواتير. البيع يتم من تطبيق Android حصرًا، والموقع أداة إدارة وتقارير.
2) الحسابات
- الحساب مخصص لملّاك المتاجر؛ لا توجد حسابات عامل على الموقع — العمال يستخدمون تطبيق Android بصلاحيات يحددها مالكهم.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة مرورك وعن كل ما يحدث عبر حسابك، وعن دقة بيانات متجرك وعمالك التي تُدخلها.
- يجب أن يكون عمرك مؤهلاً قانونًا لإبرام عقود في بلدك.
3) الاستخدام المقبول
يخضع استخدامك لسياسة الاستخدام المقبول الملحقة أدناه في هذا الموقع، وتُعد جزءًا من هذه الشروط بالإحالة.
4) بياناتك ومحتواك
تحتفظ بملكية بيانات متجرك التي تُدخلها. تمنحنا الترخيص الضروري فقط لمعالجتها لتشغيل الخدمة (حفظ، عرض، حساب تقارير، مزامنة مع التطبيق).
5) التوفر والتعديلات
نسعى لاستمرارية الخدمة دون ضمانات لانقطاعات محتملة (صيانة، استضافة، قوة قاهرة). قد نحدّث المزايا والشروط؛ والاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد النشر يعني الموافقة على النسخة المحدثة.
6) حد المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». وبقدر أقصى يسمح به القانون، لا يكون النظام مسؤولًا عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسارة أرباح أو بيانات ناتجة عن الاستخدام. لا يُغني النظام عن إجراءاتك المحاسبية والضريبية في عملك.
7) الإنهاء
يمكنك إيقاف استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت (راجع صفحة حذف الحساب). يمكن تعطيل الحسابات المخالفة للشروط أو سياسة الاستخدام المقبول.
8) القانون الواجب
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكمها — دون الإخلال بحقوق المستهلك الواردة في التشريعات الآمنة عليها.
تنبيه: تحتاج هذه الشروط مراجعة قانونية بشرية مختصة قبل الاعتماد النهائي.

1) Service description
DM Super POS provides store owners with: (a) a web management platform — stores, products, customers, suppliers, expenses, invoices (read-only), reports and team; and (b) an Android point-of-sale app for selling. Selling happens exclusively in the Android app; the website is for management and reporting.
2) Accounts
- Accounts are for store owners; there are no worker accounts on the website — workers use the Android app with permissions set by their owner.
- You are responsible for your password confidentiality, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of store/worker data you enter.
- You must be legally qualified to contract in your country.
3) Acceptable use
Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy published on this site, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4) Your data
You keep ownership of the store data you enter. You grant us only the license necessary to process it to run the service (storage, display, report computation, app synchronization).
5) Availability & changes
We aim for continuity without guarantees against interruptions (maintenance, hosting, force majeure). Features and Terms may change; continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated version.
6) Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the System is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits or data arising from use. The System does not replace your accounting and tax procedures.
7) Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). Accounts violating the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy may be disabled.
8) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with its courts having jurisdiction — without prejudice to consumer rights mandated by applicable legislation.
Notice: these Terms require qualified human legal review before final adoption.
